NEIGHBORHOOD PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN, INC (NPAD) is a privately owned, planning, urban design, and architectural firm. The company has been in business since 1999. These last three years have been the growth and development period for NPAD. During this period, NPAD has focused its mission statement.

NPAD's mission is to provide innovative and creative planning, urban design, and architectural services that offer building blocks for citizens, create safe and sensitive environments, and improve quality of life.
